It took Daniel Kim 180 hours to complete this year’s Pop Danthology, a process that includes pre-planning, gathering audio, arranging and mixing, gathering corresponding video before finally editing the video.Īccording to Kim, “the first and least exciting part of making Pop Danthology is gathering all the different instrumental and acapella tracks, audio stems, and full songs. Another year is coming to an end, and for Vancouver’s Daniel Kim that means topping everything off with a mashup of the year’s top pop songs in what he dubs as Pop Danthology 2013.
